Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude is an Canadian actress best famous for the fantasy television series Shadowhunters on Freeform and the Venevision Telenovelas Cosita linda and Voltea Pa' Que Te Enamores. Additionally, she dances and is a model. Her birthplace was in Montreal and born in Texas. She has always had a passion for performance. She's been training in different dance styles since she was young. When she was 15, she competed in beauty competitions. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia achieved fame after she won a spot on Nuestra Belleza Latina in 2008. She began acting in 2010 in a role as a receptionist in an Telemundo episode. She appeared in the 2015 action-drama Tattooed Love, her debut film.
